Housing scheme is a farce

 THE Defence Force Housing Scheme at Taurama Barracks is ambiguous and brings no clarity to the minds of the average hardworking soldier. The land on which they are trying to build is a customary land as declared by Port Moresby Land Court and it is not a state lease as claimed by some senior officers from Murray Barracks. The  Defence Force heiracy  must be held accountable for this mischievous deal  They should stand by their soldiers at all times.
