Human beings are the key

 THERE is no way of going or doing anything if human beings are not around. 

Things happen because of the human factor.  

Without human beings, there will be no organisations. 

You need a human being to go to the moon and back. 

All human beings depend on each other for survival. 

And yet a sad dilemma is when we forget each other and we expect nothing good to happen.

In any organisation, you need good people to bring about a good name.  

All this trickles down to how we treat a person. 

He or she has a human need which can be satisfied by those who are around that person.

Poor performance and absence from stem from an underlying cause.
