The Institute of Business Studies University (IBSU) held an Open Day last Friday to inform people, especially those who have completed Grade 10 and Grade 12, the courses available this year.
Dr Chenniappa Murugesan, the institutions’ pro vice-chancellor said the institute offered a
national degree programme and an international degree programme.
The national degree programme is offered at the school of accounting and finance, school of business, school of economics and school of information technology.
“This is long courses,” he said.
“For the international degree courses, we are collaborating with the Southern Cross University in Australia.
“It is also offering opportunities to employees who can do their degree programme online,” Murugesan said.
“They can download their materials online and upload their progress online and they can get their marks online.
“The lecturer can record and explain each and every topic online and the students can play the video and watch again and again to familiarise the concepts.”
