Ijivitari scholarships but no funds

SOME Ijivitari students in Northern province have done well in the certificate level courses at the International Training Institute in 2013 and have received acceptance to do diploma courses this year.
However, these students have been told by ITI not to sit for the mid-term examinations because local MP David Arore has not provided the initial funds.
I appeal to the member to address this problem because it paints a bad picture of his leadership.
