ILIMO Dairy Farm will open an “ice cream park” at the Vision City Mall in Port Moresby today, according to Innovative Agro Industries
(IAI).
IAI, in a statement, said the new Ilimo ice cream park would be located just outside the main entrance to the mall offering a range of ice-cream flavours, soft ice-cream, milk shakes and slushies – all made from the locally produced Ilimo fresh milk.
IAI chairman Ilan Weiss, said: “Since we started producing the fresh milk, I have been asked again and again – when will the ice cream be available?
“Now we have a dedicated shop for Ilimo gelato, including milk shakes, slushies, sundaes and more.
“The Ilimo Gelato has a range of flavours from vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, cookies and chocolate flakes to rum and raisins, Snickers, mango and even coconut ice
cream.
“We want to thank Vision City management, especially Anderson Ting, for their support.”
