Impasse caused by judiciary

I DO not know how other people are looking at the current political impasse but from my observation, the judiciary is at fault.
As one of the three arms of government, the judiciary let the country down when it failed to reach a unanimous decision in the East Sepik provincial government reference.
The split decision led to the present situation.
The result of the decision has split the country into two.
After reaching a decision, what the judges should have done was to advice both parties to go back and elect a leader in parliament.
