Implement queue ticketing

THE service at the Bank of South Pacific, Goroka, is becoming a dreaded and painful experience.
On most days, the service time involves waiting in long queues, for up to three hours.
Sighs and mutterings of frustration and anger inevitably arise from the waiting throngs.
They bark at line jumpers, blast the tellers and share their misery as they straggle along foot by foot to the service line.
The tellers do their best, given they also have to stand on their feet for eight hours.
The security guards are heroic in their work to maintain order.
I think the people on the ground are doing their best, but the system of service needs urgent attention.
Something must be done soon.
