THIS is a humble plea to the PNG Power management to look at improving its customer service especially with easipay queries over the call centre service.
Some PPL easipay meters boxes supplied to customers continue to give problems especially after power outages.
I had to call PPL call centre for help to reset my easipay meter.
Lately, the person who was supposed attend to such quiries continued to hang up the calls.
I urge the management to sack these lazy and irresponsible officers and recruit active staff.
There are many university graduates on the streets looking for jobs.
Give them opportunities. We customers are paying for PPL’s service and we deserve better service. These lazy people are dragging down PPL’s performance.
