Improve customer service

 THE customer service of Nasfund in Lae needs to be improved. 

We wait for hours before getting served. 

This is causing a lot of frustration among the contributors. 

Even the customer service at Port Moresby-based desk number 73733000 is not achieving its purpose. 

We spend lots of money calling them only to have the calls transferred from one officer to another.

We would like to have better service.

We do not need to stand in line for follow ups. 

We should be informed by text messages or emails of the progress.

Many of us spent K60 to travel to Lae. 

Thus, we spend more money to get served.
