Improve live-streaming of soccer matches

Letters

WE thank PNG Football Association for the attempting to live-stream the Women’s National Soccer League matches every weekend. We hope that the coverage will improve with time.
In the northern conference matches, the cameraman still has to work on getting the lens following the ball, or play, at all times.
There have been cases where some parts of the matches are missing, such as no capture of goals being scored.
Can these little things be tidied up in the name of soccer in Papua New Guinea?
There are a good number of people who are living abroad as well as in centres away from Lae and Port Moresby who are following the NSL games in PNG and it is frustrating to see bad camera tactics.
There is still a need for commentators.
Last weekend, there were no commentators for all the games played in the northern conference.
For the good of soccer, PNGFA should engage commentators.
I have said in a previous letter that PNGFA can engage journalism or communication arts students to do commentating if their staff cannot do the job.
Private conversations by staff operating the cameras can be heard by those following the live-stream.
That is bad. In the name of soccer in PNG, please improve in those areas.
