Improve services

BEING a user of both mobile operators, I note slight differences in their services.
Digicel is very cunning with its 500MB plan for night pass or bikpela data.
When continuously used, this plan lasts for only two and half hours or three.
On the contrary, bmobile’s 500MB plan service seems to be more reliable.
When used continuously, it can last for five hours or so.
This is the same with other bmobile services such as the SMS and voice plan.
Digicel is more of a profit oriented entity while bmobile is customer oriented.
Digicel should work on improving its services to be competitive or will lose its customers to bmobile.
