In praise of Tkatchenko

THE Lands Department is being overhauled and restructured to rid it of the corrupt practices that have been a part and parcel of its operations.
Papua New Guinea should be proud to have a leader like Lands Minister Justin Tkatchenko, who is spearheading the restructure exercise to transform one of the most corrupt departments in the civil service.
Angels won’t be sent down from heaven to fix earthly problems so politicians play your part like JT and revive, revamp, restructure and clean up the mess and bring confidence and pride back to Government departments and organisations.
