Inform people about stimulus package

DISTRICT MPs should come out clearly and inform their people of the stimulus package that the Government has already allocated to each district.
If Pomio MP Elias Kapaover can come out in the media and inform the people of Pomio about the K500,000 he received and distributed to the local level governments, why can’t other MPs do the same?
Why are certain MPs telling people to produce their National Identification (NID) to access funds when people did not vote them in by providing NID in 2017?
