INTEROIL has thrown its support behind Bank South Pacific’s annual clean up in Lae by providing 200L of fuel for contractor trucks to collect the rubbish.
InterOil business manager Marcellin Iko said: “InterOil is pleased to be part of this year’s ‘go green campaign’ with BSP as this campaign has a positive impact on our environment and the community in terms of hygiene and cleanliness.
We also urge everyone to come out and support this worthy cause.”
InterOil and schools will also helping out physically.
BSP’s “go green” ambassadors Veso Moenti and John Mandime said other companies and community teams should join on Saturday.
