So much has been said and so much money for better things have been spent on the betel nut ban.
But vendors are still defeating control measures introduced since the betel nut ban in 2013. They are even defeating the current Covid-19 directives under the SOE.
Therefore, I suggest that the only best option is to introduce the Vagrancy Act.
The Vagrancy Act will eliminate the unemployed from the working class.
After repatriation of the unemployed you will be left with working class and their immediate families.
Your betel nut ban will go well with the working class because they get paid to live in the city.
