Investigate Kokoda Track funds

SINCE the birth of the Kokoda Track to where it is now, the ingenious landowners along the track had never seen any fruition of the funds that were allocated for services improvements along the track.
Many funding that was supposed to bring vital services to the villages were hijacked and abused by the so-called middlemen in Port Moresby with some ward councillors.
People in the Northern end of the track are suggesting that the funding from 2014 to 2020 should be thoroughly investigated and persons found to be at fault will be prosecuted.
What happened to the people’s funds?

    People along the Kokoda Track need to know who are benefiting and who are supposed to benefit from this business endeavor. KTA has been operating for many years now. Transparency and Accountability must prevail………………..Wills
