Investigate school

I AM concerned as a parent when my child told me to give him K10 to pay in order to sit for a test.
Can the principal or the board chairman of this NCD school explain why kids will have to pay K10 to sit for the test?
If no K10 is paid, kids are disqualified from taking the test which deprives their right to education.
Kids cannot be denied their education.
Can the Education Department investigate this?
This school is in the heart of Port Moresby but lacks resources and proper management thus putting pressure on parents.
Can the Governor or the responsible MP look into this matter of concern?
With the Covid-19 having direct impact on businesses and citizens, the school is now adding extra burden to parents.
This is totally unacceptable.
