IPA: Kroton listed

KROTON No 2 Ltd, a subsidiary company of the Government’s business arm Independent Public Business Corp (IPBC), is duly registered, according to Investment Promotion Authority (IPA).
IPA notes that the first lodgment of the annual return for Kroton No 2 Ltd was duly lodged last March 18 and the company as of Friday, was fully compliant, Ivan Pomaleu, managing director of IPA, said. 
Mr Pomaleu said so long as compliance was achieved before the due date, there was no danger of the company being deregistered.
Kroton No. 2 Ltd is the company that is venturing into the PNG liquefied natural gas (LNG) project on behalf of the National Government for the 16.6% State equity in the venture.
