THE Investment Promotion Authority (IPA) will be signing a new memorandum of understanding (MoU) as well as renewing existing agreements with key stakeholders, says managing director Clarence Hoot.
Hoot said in a media workshop this week this would set the perimeters of how they would work together with other agencies in terms of information exchange and carrying out respective responsibilities.
“We are signing MoUs with the provincial commerce officers and will be providing them with training as well as equipment in terms of computers, printers and scanners,” he said.
“This is so they can be trained to provide the services that the IPA provides in Port Moresby and also at the regional officers.”
