Is PNG this bad?

THE headline “Hunt on for tortures of girl, 6” in The National yesterday makes me sick.
Are we living in a society that tolerates torturers and killers?
Can we all stop and think of what goes through the child’s mind?
How do you think she sees the world of human beings?
Are these men torturers and murderers also?
As a father, brother, uncle, grandparent, cousin . . . in the eyes of the world, this one of the worst crimes – torturing a mother to death, even burning her corpse, and then after the trauma endured by the child, the mother’s killers turn on the little girl.
Can we tell the world that Papua New Guinea is no place for such killers? That every child and mother has a beautiful county to grow up in?
Can we have the suspects arrested immediately?
