Is Telikom in a financial crisis?

I REFER to the letter written by Pen Peso titled, “Young graduates retrenched”, (Jan 29).

It is the unbecoming of a government-owned statutory organisation like Telikom to treat its staffs in an inhuman way and looks very unprofessional on the part of human resource and the executive management not to put a “human face”  and value to their staffs.

Has Telikom forgotten their corporate value that states; “we care for our employees”?

The question put to Ben Micah by the writer is a concerned one not only for the minister but for the government as well.

This includes the staffs of Telikom who already exited and are still waiting for their entitlements.

The latest action by Telikom is sending a bad signal.

Is this a sign on the wall that Telikom is destined for the corporate grave yard?
