Issue us receipts, police officers

SOME police officers who conduct road checks are unprofessional.
They pull over cars and if drivers are unable to produce their licence or driving with expired licence, they are fined on the spot.
Drivers are also fined if their vehicles’ registration or safety sticker expired.
However, receipts are not issued.
What sort of image are they trying to portray?
Why fine drivers if they are not willing to issue receipts or do not have receipts with them?
Some officers are downright rude and want to show who is in charge by pointing their guns at drivers as if they are criminals.
I call on our police officers to be professional when on duty as they vowed to serve the nation and not to harass citizens with the weapons.
At times, when some of these officers speak, it is impossible not to detect the smell of alcohol or hear them slur.
While I do not encourage the chewing of betelnut, I prefer to see officers with red lips than those smelling of alcohol when I am stopped.
Our police officers need to act like professionals instead of raskols in blue uniforms.
