Issues in Gulf need fixing

The National Letters

THESE following agenda for Gulf has been in mind for years and needs implementation;

  • THE 1km section of road from junction of Murua Epo to Kerema town needs upgrading. When? Who is responsible? Gulf government or National Government?;
  • Kerema town roads need upgrading;
  • Kerema town water system and sanitation with proper sewerage systems;
  • The new Gulf administration office complex. When is it going to be open? ;
  • Kikori/Kerema administration office;
  • When will the treasury and districts cashier’s office be opened?
  • Feeder roads. When will they be upgraded?; and,
  • 2018 Queen’s Diamond Jubilee medals, sitting ideal in Gulf administration office. When will they be given to the awardees?

Too many outstanding issues that need attention and actions immediately. Oh, Gulf! What a waste of time and money.
