ITI comes good with K90,300 in scholarships

A TOTAL of K90,300 worth of scholarships from the International Training Institute (ITI) will be allocated to secondary and high schools in the country next year.
Gordons Secondary School was the first in the National Capital District to receive K2,100
along with Marianville Secondary.
Other schools in NCD would also receive their scholarships.
ITI’s team leader of marketing Kalau Marai said K63,000 in scholarships would be given to schools in NCD and parts of Central.
Individual winners from each school will receive a K2,100 scholarship to study at ITI for either a certificate in business or computing.
Marai said for NCD, 20 scholarships would be awarded with 10 for Central.
“The institute is giving back to the community that has been with us for the last 10 years in providing training courses for the future leaders of this country,” Marai said.
ITI centres in other parts of the country would also do the same.
Lae in Morobe would give out K33,000 worth of scholarships to secondary and high schools in the province.
