Jiwaka not developing

IT is a waste of time for Jiwaka with no tangible developments initiated by the Governor Dr William Tongamp, who is now serving his second term in parliament.
The Jiwaka people are still hoping to enjoy services that people in other provinces are enjoying.
The Jimi and Kambia people were hoping for schools, aid posts, solar panels, footbridges, airstrips and other and services for about nine years now.
This is really bad and unbecoming of a leader.
The people of Anglimp-South Waghi and North Waghi are still hoping to see electricity connected to their homes with good roads.
You are wasting away two parliament terms.
You should be ashamed of your failure and simply quit and let someone with a true heart of serving get in.
