Justice delayed

The Kutubu landowners are still waiting for the court to rule on their case, and in their view the long delay is both unreasobale and unjustified.
The trial itself was completed two years ago. Someone needs to explain why it is taking so long to make a ruling. Justice delayed is justice denied.
