I suggest that he invest in agriculture as we Kabwum grow 100% pure organic coffee and vast vegetables.
For self-reliance in infrastructural, educational and health, we need additional finance which can be generated from agriculture.
Resurrect the sleeping coffee mill and push people to produce coffee and not waste money to build coffee mill at Erap.
