Kapana made right move

Letters

IT is so good to read about the move by the highly-talented Gairo Kapana to switch codes from rugby union to rugby league.
I first saw him play on TV for the PNG Pukpuks in an international sevens tournament and was really impressed by his speed and his ability to score tries.
Great try scorers are born, not taught.
Gairo is blessed with this God given-talent.
He reminds me a lot of the former Newcastle Knight and Kumul Dairi Kovae.
Barring injuries, Gairo can go on to reach those heights that Dairi reached.
He can even go better with the Hunters pathway and the well-run rugby league sport in the country.
I predict that Gairo will be picked up by a NRL club in the years to come and make PNG proud. All the best Gairo.
The ball is in your hands and the try line is beckoning.
