Kapi Natto, Heno case set for June 24

 SOCCER franchise owner John Kapi Natto appeared in court yesterday charged with the misappropriation of K10.5 million belonging to Kutubu landowners in Southern Highlands.

Kapi Natto, the interim chairman of the Namo’Aporo Landowners Association, appeared for mention before magistrate Cosmas Bidar.

His treasurer Peter Heno appeared on the same charge.

Bidar adjourned the case to June 24.

He also ordered them not to interfere with police witnesses. Both men are landowners of petroleum development license two area in Nipa-Kutubu, Southern Highlands. They are on bail for K10,000 each.

Police alleged that the offence took place between March 12 and 19 last year in Port Moresby.
