Kapi Natto supports campaign

THE Papua New Guinea Football Association’s vision is to develop the sport throughout the country and connect people from all walks of life, says president John Kapi Natto.
He said that to the orangisers and teams participating in the Tent City back-to-school football tournament which was aimed at campaigning against school fights in Lae.
“Football is not just an object that can be kicked where you want it to go,” Kapi Natto said. “The sport’s world governing body, Fifa, says football is a ‘living’ thing of which we all must take care and find purpose in it.
“Football impacts your personality, ability, behaviour and relations.
“As we participate in football amongst our friends and our opponents, we all have to change and work hard to improve our abilities and build healthy friendships and lasting relationships.”
