ALLOW me to express my delight on the death of PNG’s most wanted criminal.
I have been praying and looking forward to the day when William Kapris is captured, dead or alive.
I also want to express my delight to members of the police and correctional services team.
To those who have been victims of Kapris’ evil acts, I wish you some consolation and satisfaction.
To those who have been his accomplices, you have lost in the end and justice will catch up with you.
To Kapris wannabes, my plea to you is that there is a better and more profitable way to live life than to stoop so low in a life of perpetual transgression, which will always end in retribution.
