IN partnership with PNG Air, FairPrice has announced a winner of return tickets to any destination in the country.
FairPrice director Christopher Elphick said, as a local company, it was important to give back to the community when celebrating PNG’s 46th Independence anniversary.
The winner is Kathleen Butler.
“A celebration in PNG means coming together to bond, share food, company and culture,” Elphick said.
“It is important that families get to spend time together, especially in these challenging times.
“The company is owned and run by Papua New Guineans.
“Independence celebrations are important to us.
“FairPrice launched a social media photo competition for a chance to win two return tickets to any destination in PNG.
“The three week nationwide competition saw hundreds of entries from around the country.
“It welcomed the display of all of PNGs cultures and tradition to emphasise our pride and identity in this month of our Independence.
“We are thrilled with the engagement from our community in the spirit of this competition.
“Congratulations to our winner, thank you to PNG Air and everyone who participated.”
