Kickboxing donates gear to SHP team

 PNG Kickboxing Association (PNGKBA) is committed to market and develop the code in the country.

Association chief executive Stanley Nandex donated training equipment in the form of punching bag, gloves, pads and straps worth K1,225. 

He encourage youths to be good law abiding citizens and take up sports like kickboxing to help develop themselves and have goals to achievement.

“We have to work together as partners, stakeholders, NGOs and sports to encourage and mould the youth of today,” Nandex said.

Team leader Simon Poiye said the gesture by Nandex had boosted their spirits and they were grateful for the assistance.

Meanwhile, Nandex said the Ox & Palm Cup Heat 3 for the Momase region was set for June 28 in Lae.
