I REFER to an article by the landowners of Enga seeking investors to start mining (Feb 18).
It seems that the experts out there are not properly advising the landowners on the pros and cons of mining a mineral in any area requiring sophisticated and high technology demanding remote environment like Enga.
It is good that landowners can look for investors but there are legal implications and challenges.
