KUMUL Petroleum Holdings Ltd (KPHL) presented a cheque for K320,000 to the PNG University of Technology for laboratory equipment on Friday.
“This is to make further improvements to the learning environment of our students,” Kumul Petroleum managing director Wapu Sonk said.
Kumul Petroleum had initially assisted in 2018 with K144,000 that went towards advancing quality undergraduate engineering programmes.
“I am a proud Unitech graduate and it’s an honour to support quality engineering programmes through a globally established accreditation,” Sonk said.
“We know the value of Unitech’s engineering programmes, many of Papua New Guinea’s top engineers are Unitech graduates.
“We are proud of its record and the value the institution adds year in, year out.”
