Kumul institute refunds delayed

KUMUL Training Institute has been delaying the refund for students who withdrew on personal grounds last year and this year.
When following up on the school fee refund, we are told to come back next Friday and check. This “next Friday” thing has been going on for months.
I have been told to wait for the Tvet funds to be paid to the school. More than 10 students are waiting.
The principal does not answer our telephone calls.
I want to know exactly when I will receive my refund. It’s taking too long.
Can the authorities look into this matter?
