I WAS disappointed by the Kumuls’ 9-8 defeat by France in the World Cup.

The Kumuls let themselves down with so many errors.

A lot of questions will be asked by many fans on what went wrong.

It is a sad scenario for us who pay tax to the government to inject millions into the rugby league and we do not get results.

It is a very sad story for the PNGNRL Bid, the management team, Brad Tassel and outspoken PNGNRL deputy chairman Sandis Tsaka.

At least two players who have been very consistent in the last two to three years were left out.

Why did Lam reshuffle the players in the name of mobility?

There were no forwards running to the ball, making coordination difficult for the halves.

Lam and Meninga could have done a better selection and would have better options if the Kokopo selection was done on merit.

Now there is no choice but to play a regular five eighth at second row and a half back at centre.

The line-up looked like a village team from Oksapim, where rugby league is not played at all.
