Lack of discipline in force is shameful

The National, Tuesday February 25th, 2014

ON Feb 17, I was at the 9- Mile bus stop.

I bought The National newspaper and read an article titled “Challenges to get rid of misconduct” which was said at the graduation of the police force by Commissioner Kulunga on Feb 14.

To my surprise, I see these new police officers  in half police uniform, laces hanging loose and shoes covered in mud.

They were so-called dead drunk.

It makes me wonder if they knew the meaning of the word disciplined force.

I applaud the work of police but this few officers do not seem to care about the codes of discipline.

They do not do anything for the confidence of the public.
