Lack of leadership in Kagua-Erave

 PLEASE allow me to air my views regarding issues pertaining to Kagua-Erave. 

The district is being claimed by journalists and elites as one of the poorest districts in terms of service delivery. 

The people have been in darkness until today. 

Money earmarked for the district’s development purposes have been diverted elsewhere. 

The leader responsible for providing the much-needed services has gone into hiding and there does not even seem to be any representative for the Kagua-Erave people in the haus tambaran during parliament sessions in the last seven years. 

I will  not  be surprised to hear he has been exiled come 2017 elections as darkness has grown its roots in Kagua-Erave.
