Lae banking services

Letters

THE city of Lae is the second biggest in Papua New Guinea.
Since it is an industrialised region, banking services is vital for everyone in the city.
Bank South Pacific is the leading commercial bank in the country, currently, and having only two branches in the city is not enough to meet the needs of its valuable customers.
It is so pathetic seeing people standing in queue for hours every day waiting to be served.
It is just a waste of time and money. Can the BSP management take into consideration this concern to raise the level of customer services in the city of Lae?
