Lae full of shanty towns

 I WOULD like to support Giossi Labi for lashing out at Morobe Governor Luther Wenge for allowing settlers to squat on state land.

Lae city is surrounded by settlements and it is a very risk place to stay and work in. 

If Luther Wenge is serious about developers investing in his province he should do something about this issue.

I am not saying that we remove all the settlements but re-arrange them so that they are dwelling places for good citizens, not breeding grounds for the criminals or animals.
