Lae names side for Games trial

THE Lae Football Association announced its representative team for the Team Morobe soccer tournament next month.
The LFA executive unanimously opted to field its champion Under-20 side to compete in the Team Morobe selection trials from August 5-7.
The association, under the leadership of president Roy Kamen, is focused on using the lead-up tournaments and the PNG Games itself to develop its soccer talent.
Dallas Namuesh (Besta PNG United) and Kepas Kamen (Welgris Morobe United) are the examples of young talent who were identified through the PNG Games and related tournaments which the LFA had a hand in.
