Lae’s bad roads

The roads in Lae are very bad.
I come from Malaysia and I am a grade 5 student at Lae International School.
We arrived at Nadzab and had a very bumpy ride into Lae City, and when we got there, we found the roads were just as bad.
I’ve lived in Lae for a long time and I know that Lae, because it is an industrial city, makes a lot of money for Papua New Guinea.
If the roads in Port Moresby are better, why can’t we have the same in Lae?
My concern is about visitors from other countries coming to Lae City. What will they think about Lae being the second city in PNG?
It is time the Government builds concrete roads and streets in Lae.
