SECONDARY school language teachers and heads of department in Morobe should be drilling their students well before exposing them to public media.
Maybe do inter-class, schools, districts before selecting them to represent the school.
It’s already a disgrace, language teachers and HODs (heads of departments).
NBC is doing really but we need to be sensitive.
