Late to change school principals

IT is late to change school principals.
Our friends at the education office in Morobe just need to ensure all principals provide acquittals at the end of this year.
Any changes will affect the children and good principals.
It is better to remove principals who do not do acquittals.
Those culprits might repeat this same problem in their new schools.
