Lawyer assists cops with phone credits

A LAWYER has stepped in to assist the NCD police during the Christmas and New Year operations with a presentation of K4,000 worth of telephone credits.
Vincent Mirupasi from Mirupasi Lawyers handed over the cards to NCD chief in command Chief Supt Fred Yakasa at the Boroko police station yesterday afternoon in front of station commanders and sectional heads.
The principal of Mirupasi Lawyers had approached the Metsupt to ask how his firm could assist police in their line of duty when the Metsupt came up with the suggestion of telephone cards.
