LAE Builders and Contractors Ltd (LBC) have paid club affiliation and player registration for the Souths Warriors club in the Madang rugby football league competition.
LBC branch manager Shane McCarthy presented K2,500 to the club last week.
From the funds, K500 was used for club affiliation and K800 to PNG Rugby Football League for the registration of players in the A Grade and U19 divisions.
This is the fifth year LBC had stepped in to support the club.
Since 2006, LBC has bought three sets of uniforms and provided support in cash and kind to the club that was formed by students led by former Kumul Mark Warua, former Madang Sharks representative Kevin Teme and Kundus (junior Kumul) Hector Morris in 2005.
