TEACHERS serving in Western Highlands are still waiting for their entitlements.
There is no word from the office of the acting secretary for Education, provincial administrator or the governor.
Many good thing have been said about promoting better education in the province, however, the implementers are not being looked after.
Those who are in authority must learn from other provinces in the country like Morobe, East Sepik, Madang and Jiwaka to name a few.
Their respective governors have facilitated teacher entitlement and shown appreciation of teachers’ contributions to their provinces.
