Saonu should withdraw case
MOROBE Governor Ginson Saonu going to the court over the Wafi-Golpu project environment permit will be costly to the Morobe government. His move has the potential to delay the commencement of the project, which will in turn have very negative consequences on the country. In the best interest of the landowners, the two districts, the province and the country, Saonu should immediately withdraw the case and allow the project negotiations and related work to continue unhindered.
