This is an open letter to Digicel to restore the quality of its channels reception. Since it bought out Hitron, we the loyal customers of Hitron have been experiencing very poor reception quality which includes very annoying line streaks, screen smudges or sudden screen jumps on some of the channels. Please check channels – Imparja, Aljazeera, CNN, 7 Central, 10, SBS, SBS2 and others and immediately rectify the problems.
